HOW TO ORDER:

To order, simply send a completed line sheet (which I can email to you) or send a list of products and quantities via. Email. Upon receiving your order, I will send you a digital invoice for the total charges. 

STOCK:

For immediate orders please contact me for stock availability before placing your order, many items are made to order but I do have a limited amount stock items ready to go should you need a quick turnaround. Please get in touch wilfulnorth@gmail.com

OPENING ORDERS:

Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for upon receipt of invoice (before delivery). You will be contacted with your order total and a digital invoice. As a small studio I am happy take small orders, if you would like to place a larger order, please note this may add additional lead times.

When creating your opening order you may be asked to prove that you are a business and more details surrounding your business, please do not be offended, this process just ensures that everything is legitimate but also that our businesses would be a good match, which is important for both of us!

RE-ORDERS:

Repeat orders should be paid before goods are shipped, however, if you are a returning vendor and wish to pay upon receipt of goods I ask for a 50% deposit when placing your order, with the balance to be paid upon receipt of goods. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 30 days past due. Please email to discuss options.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to wilfulnorth@gmail.com within 48 hours of your invoice. Once the silk has been ordered from my supplier it cannot be altered.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payments through Paypal and BACs are both accepted forms of payment. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Shipping times vary depending on the size of your order, I'd typically advise 8 week lead times. I reserve the right to use my discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All products are handmade to order. Due to the nature of the production method, each product may vary slightly. All sizes are a guide and may vary slightly.

As I  am a company of one and all  items are handmade to order, large orders may sometimes take longer than 8 weeks to ship, particularly during busy periods. Estimated time will be discussed before you place your order and marked on invoice. Every effort will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Holly at wilfulnorth@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

SALE OR RETURN:

I am not currently accepting SOR orders, however I do offer some very reasonable minimums which I'm happy to discuss.
